Year 11 Assessment Information
Each student is issued with a hard copy of the Preliminary Assessment Handbook at the Year 11 Assessment Evening, this year held on Tuesday 4 February 2020. The handbook contains policies, procedures and rules in relation to internal assessment in Stage 6 at The Ponds High School, as well as the assessment schedules for all Preliminary courses. Students are responsible for familiarising themselves with the contents of this handbook. In the event of a change to the handbook, students will be provided with a digital copy of the updated version. In the event of a change in assessment schedule, all students in that course will receive a hard copy of that particular course schedule.

Year 12 Assessment Information
Each student is issued with a hard copy of the Year 12 HSC Assessment Handbook during Muster at the start of Term 4 when their HSC year officially commences. The handbook contains policies, procedures and rules in relation to internal assessment in Stage 6 at The Ponds High School, as well as the assessment schedules for all Year 12 HSC courses. Students are responsible for familiarising themselves with the contents of this handbook. In the event of a change to the handbook, students will be provided with a digital copy of the updated version. In the event of a change in assessment schedule, all students in that course will receive a hard copy of that particular course schedule.

Assessment Forms
The Ponds High School has procedures in place in which to support students when there is a genuine cause that impacts their ability to meet assessment requirements. The procedures involve the student completing and submitting the relevant form available on the Assessment and Reporting section of the school's website. These assessment forms are for use by students in all grades and courses at The Ponds High School.
